Gear & Spline Shaping

Our shaping capacities range from 0 to 40" diameter, and pitches from 1  to 1000.

We have over 50 Fellows gear shapers. Some with tilt tables, crowning capabilities and CNC control. If we don't have a machine that will shape your part we can modify one to suit.

With so much shaping equipment and our huge cache of tens of thousands of cutting tools, it's practically a guarantee that we can quickly machine, inspect and document your gear or spline.
