Our varied array of
CNC spline cutting equipment and cache of
tens of thousands of cutting tools virtually guarantees we can
do your job. We have spline cutting capacity from 0 to 50" diameter
by face widths of 8". Our horizontal equipment can handle shafts
up to 20" diameter by infinite length.
Combined with our
experienced gear machinists, AS9100
registration, and Hofler CNC gear inspection equipment we
can make, inspect, and document any aerospace spline.
We currently
service the overhaul and repair business and
machine many flight safety splines for all types of aircraft.
