CNC Thread Grinding
Utilizing our
state-of-the-art Drake CNC
thread grinder we can grind any thread
form - multi start worms, screw threads etc.
The
control can import DXF files and generate
a dressing program to automatically dress the
correct form on the wheel, producing an identical
form on the machined part.
The machines
ability to back-off allows us to
make our own hob tooling and taps. This
means there is a much shorter lead-time
for tooling when you come to Perry Tech.
