General Inspection

Ensuring part conformity to customer requirements is our highest priority. We use a squadron of Zeiss Prismo CMMs, TESA-scan optical comparators and highly trained programmers and inspectors to ensure compliance.

All of our gages and instruments are traceable to NIST standards and are on a recall cycle based on the type of device or standard. These recalls are monitored by GageTrak calibration software. CMMs and larger, more complex inspection systems are calibrated and maintained by the OEM.

With Quality Systems registered to compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and are in conformance with AS9100 revision B so you can be sure the product you receive will meet your stated requirements.
